Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected and packed before shipping. Please allow 1 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees at checkout.

How Your Door Will Arrive

Your barn door will be securely packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Freight deliveries are typically curbside — the carrier will bring the package to the curb or driveway. Please arrange to have someone available and able to assist with bringing the door inside.

Inspect Your Delivery

Please inspect your package before signing for delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. If the door itself is damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Currently We Ship To

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
